Just when we are going to have gone back to school and will be feeling a little down in the dumps On Blackheath festival is going to be cheering us up on the 9th & 10th of September!
With headline acts such as the Fun Lovin’ Criminals, The Libertines, KT Tunstall, Travis, Jake Bugg, De La Soul and more this is going to be the perfect way to kiss summer goodbye and we haven’t even touched on the best bit yet… The kids are welcome too! With loads of activities for little ones such as crafting and adventures as well as live acts like the legend that is Basil Brush, the kids are going to be in their element!
Festivals are ALL about the family these days and this one, sponsored by none other than John Lewis, isn’t missing a trick! It might be the idea introduction to a family festival if you’ve not been to one before as there is no camping and it’s easily accessible by public transport in London – a sort of ease in so that you’re totally festi ready for next year!
