A couple of months ago I took the children (and my adult cousin Helen) to see Disney On Ice – Worlds of Fantasy. We absolutely loved it and had the most brilliantly magical time!

Disney On Ice

We so loved Disney On Ice – Worlds Of Fantasy!

Now Disney is back on the ice with its brans new show, Disney On Ice – 100 Years Of Magic! It looks absolutely brilliant, which even if only half as good as ‘Worlds Of Fantasy’ I know it will be!

Featuing 60 lovable Disney characters including Mickey and Minnie who run the show, it celebrates over 100 years of magical Disney. You will see Mulan, The Lion King and Pinocchio as well as Disney/Pixar favourites Finding Nemo, The Incredibles and Toy Story. (We LOVED Toy Story when we saw it before!)

The choreography is set to be super spectacular having been created by the same person who mastered the routine for the opening ceremony of the Winter Olympics in 2002, the costumes will be stunning and the music, of course, will be songs that we know and love from the films!

With an arena show that had 47 cast members from 10 different countries, takes up to 14 hours to set up and with 160 costumes it really is quite the spectacular! We’re going to go and see it in London at the o2 just before the schools go back after Christmas as a holiday treat but the tour starts in Glasgow this September!

Tour dates:

Braehead Arena, Glasgow – 26th September – 5th October 2014

Metro Radio Arena, Newcastle – 7th – 12th October 2014

Phones 4u Arena, Manchester – 15th – 19th October 2014

The NIA, Birmingham – 22nd October – 2nd November 2014

Motorpoint Arena, Sheffield – 5th – 9th November 2014
