If you’ve been talking about going on holiday for years but haven’t yet got around to booking anything, why not take the plunge? Sure, it’s easy to convince yourself that taking a break would be too difficult – perhaps due to financial difficulties or work commitments – but sometimes a few days/weeks in a different environment can do you the world of good.

What’s more, with Tots Too offering many family-friendly holiday packages to top destinations around the world, you won’t even have to worry about childcare, so stop making excuses and take a look at ten of the best holidays that are great for your entire brood.

UK
Okay, so if you really can’t manage to get away for a week or more, a staycation could be your best bet – but there’s no need to feel glum about holidaying in the UK. There’s loads to do on this beautiful (if not rather rainy) island, from hibernating away in a converted countryside retreat to whisking the kids off for a bustling city break, so keep an eye out for offers and deals.

Cyprus
Home to some of the best beaches in Europe, Cyprus is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Offering blue skies and warm temperatures nearly all year round, it’s a hot spot for sun lovers and with everything from water sports to horse riding and quad biking available, there’s plenty to keep all ages entertained.

Spain
Strong family values are deeply rooted into the Spanish culture, so if you you’re looking to visit a country with a warm, welcoming vibe, Spain is ideal. While the coastlines are notoriously picturesque you can also venture into the quaint little villages or explore some of the bustling fruit or fish markets.

France
France is a great choice of destination for many people as it’s easy to get to via plane, train or ferry and is home to some magnificent attractions. From the Eiffel Tower to the Palace of Versailles you’ll have plenty to explore, not forgetting Disneyland Paris which is a delight for kids and adults alike.

Dubai
Fancy getting out of Europe and venturing a little further afield? Then Dubai might be right up your street. After all, where else can you see the tallest building in the world (the Burj Khalifa) before venturing into the desert for a spot of camel riding and sand surfing?

Thailand
Known for its tropical beaches, glistening temples, grand palaces, ancient ruins, colourful Tuk-Tuks and exotic food markets, Thailand offers a unique experience for all ages. While popular with backpackers, there are many family-friendly resorts dotted around the country which are designed to make you feel right at home.

Morocco
With more and more families venturing further afield, you might also decide that an African adventure is calling you. Morocco is the perfect place to start if you want to venture through the continent with vibrant souks, camel rides, opulent hotels and breath-taking beaches being commonplaces here.

Antigua
If you’re looking for a holiday where the kids can play in the waves while you relax on a sun lounger with a cocktail or two, don’t rule out Antigua. Beautiful in every sense of the word, this stunning destination is often referred to as the ‘heart of the Caribbean’ boasting 365 beaches – that’s one for every day of the year.

Barbados
A quirky island with bundles of Caribbean charm, Barbados is picture perfect thanks to its crystal clear waters and golden sandy coastlines. It’s a haven of tranquillity where having fun is key and if you want to try your hand at water sports, you’ll find jet skis, banana boats, ski centres and much more dotted across the island.

USA
If an epic family adventure is long overdue, you might decide it’s time to venture across the pond and tour America. Of course, there are many ways to see the United States in style, from hiring a campervan and travelling from place to place to rocking up somewhere like Florida and exploring all the main attractions including Walt Disney World and Busch Gardens.

Going on holiday as a family can bring you closer together and help you make some of the best memories imaginable, so try to set some time and money aside to enjoy a fantastic trip.
