I’ve spoken about the company Bizziebaby lots of times before. It’s a great place to start reviewing products yourself and even better to read other people’s reviews before you part with any money for a product.

The recommended number of people for each focus group is usually six – ten people.  The focus groups are set in a comfortable, relaxing environment and are controlled by an experienced moderator.  Each focus group session will normally last for approximately 1 hour.  The moderator will commence the proceedings with a brief introduction ensuring all the participants feel happy, relaxed and confident in knowing they can speak their mind.  Once the moderator has set the trend they will commence group discussion based around the brief supplied by the client.  The focus group will be professionally filmed and an edited focus group video and brief marketing analysis synopsis will be supplied to the client within one working week of the focus group.

Bizziebaby Focus Group Research Package –

An initial brief is supplied by the client outlining required demographics for the focus group respondents (e.g. – age of respondents, number of children, etc.); and key USPs of the product or service they wish to explore and discuss during the focus group.

Our expert moderator will liaise with client to discuss areas of interest and importance that need to be featured within the focus group discussion.  An initial format of 6 key questions will be developed as the theme for the group discussion. These questions will be ordered into a logical flow, so we cover the key points of interest that we want to elicit views and opinions about, based on the client brief.  In agreement with client, a script of questions will be developed, which will include ‘prompts’ for each question, and ‘probes’ to explore an issue in greater depth

Our team will organise the venue and participants

If a product is to be supplied for focus group respondents to use in the comfort of their own home we would ask for 6-10 items to be sent to chosen participants 1 week prior to focus group session

We will then book the venue and organise and ensure our focus group respondents are advised of time, date and venue to attend

We will organise a comfortable environment and suitable refreshments for focus group participants

Our expert Video team will attend and film the full focus group session

Bizziebaby will then edit the video and supply each client with the focus group video and a brief research analysis synopsis. 

This video and focus group findings analysis is then the property of the client to utilise as they see fit within their corporation.
